Pirates of the Midwest.
You may have noticed that my user name is BloodyBonnie for this blog and for my YouTube channel. That's because I fancy myself a pirate. The name is actually a twist on Anne Bonnie, who was a pretty interesting female pirate. I may not live near the ocean or know how to sail a ship, but that doesn't mean I can't be a pirate:

OK, so I posted my pirate musing on the wrong day's blog, and worse, I hadn't even watched the current video yet. I would feel so humiliated except that my spirits were lifted when I watched Pirates of the MW.

How about a nerd pirate? Instead of a sword, he could carry around...uhhh...whatever nerds carry around...LOVE YOUR BLOG!!!! I'll be bummed when the contest is over, because I enjoy reading it.
I'm thinking of creating a blog of my own to continue the theme of this one. It probably won't be updated quite as often, but I will create some content for it. Check back, and I'll provide details once I get it up and running.
